Refuge Audio Tour for Auto Route

Take the 12-mile auto tour route in your vehicle to see the Refuge and its wildlife. Listen to the Refuge Audio Tour along the way for an immersive experience. The auto tour takes about 1 hour to complete.

Directions:

From Interstate 15 at Brigham City, Utah, take exit #363 (Forest Street) and turn west two blocks to the James V. Hansen Wildlife Education Center.

Visitor Center Hours: 

Tuesday- Saturday  10:00am to 4:00pm
Closed Sundays, Mondays,  and Federal holidays.

Trails and auto tour open sunrise to sunset. 

Recreation Opportunities:

Enjoy photography, wildlife watching, birding, hiking, cycling, running, hunting, fishing, and painting on the Refuge.  Check our page often for special events and environmental education opportunities.

Hunting and Fishing:

Waterfowl hunting is popular, and the Refuge is open for waterfowl hunting during state seasons.

Fishing is permitted in the river channels. An accessible pier is located at the River Delta Interpretive Site.

Camping:

Camping is not allowed on the Refuge.

Use Fees:

The refuge does not charge an entrance fee.

The Refuge does not charge user fees (i.e., hunt fees, camping fees, boat launch, meeting rooms rental fees, auto tour fees, guided tour fees, etc.).
